![]() I had saved a couple videos, but what they were mainly looking at were links I had bookmarked. I may have been lucky, they didn't take my laptop, but I let them look at what was on there. After the shutdown, they pulled everyone's emails from the site and tracked down their IP addresses. It wasn't just that I clicked on a site, it was one that had been shut down which I had subscribed to that had a few torrents of underage boys. And u even commented on how big the DHS is into this stuff so u obviously know better. Also just ask the guy who posted a few weeks ago about getting a knock from home land security for simply clicking on a site. Where are you getting this information? This is the sort of thing the government wants you to suspect - that they have access to the IP logs of every site, and that they have "massive forensic technology" that can recover data on a hard drive that has been wiped a gazillion times.ītw, here's some statistics about child pornography arrests: sprooglestrewft Consumer 6 Every newspaper, every legal document, every conversation will be that u had child porn and for the rest of your life anyone who deals with you will sum u up as a sick man who got off looking at black and white photos of 5yr old children getting abused. And when u do take their deal-and u will- the fact that all it was was non nude females goes away. But if u fight it they will hit u with distribution or receiving which is a mandatory 5. Do u think they will let u go? After all that work? No they will simply say that plead guilty to possession and they can get you 2 to 3years. They will seize ur stuff and months later get a call that they recovered several images of non nude but lasiviciously posed underage females. And then what? Best case scenario u are raided and your in the news for that.that alone would ruin your life. Visiting those sites is more than enough to get a warrant. Their goal is not to get evidence to convict u of something, their goal is to get enough to knock on your door where through massive forensic technology they get the stuff they want off your computer. The fact that you visit those sites is enough to get u on a list or database. A lot of what law enforcement does is mass data mining. You're unlikely to be arrested if all you do is download non-nude. However, I've read through many child pornography cases and I've never heard of someone being arrested simply for possessing non-nude photos of children, lascivious exhibition in practice seems to apply mostly to cases involving either production or mass distribution. The pose in general and the environment is also taken into consideration. There is no clear definition of what "lascivious exhibition of the pubic area" means but in my experience it generally refers to images where the child is spreading their legs, or the camera is zoomed in on their crotch, or their crotch is the focus of the image.
